Starters

Roasted carrot and fresh coriander soup served with fresh bread

Haddock and dill fishcakes with a creamy mussel sauce

Chicken Liver Pate served with a fig and honey chutney & brown toast

Grilled goat’s cheese and almond tartlet served with fresh salad & a citrus dressing

Open ravioli with Scottish smoked salmon & a Muscat wine sauce.

 

Mains

Roast Turkey served with a Cranberry and Chestnut stuffing, pigs in Blanket and Gravy

Slow Roasted Half Shoulder of Lamb served with rosemary mash and a redcurrant jus

Pan-fried pork Chop served with a sweet apple and cinnamon compote and a honey and brandy sauce.

Poached fillet of Salmon set on a bed of French beans & sautéed new potatoes drizzled with basil pesto

Oven roasted winter vegetable risotto

All mains served with roast potatoes and fresh vegetables
