Cream of broccoli soup with stilton croutons

Warm brioche served with Smoked Halibut and

Scottish Smoked Salmon

 Goats cheese and  baby spinach roulade drizzled with amaretto syrup served with mustard cress.

Duck Liver pate studded with wild mushrooms served with a fig and honey chutney & brown toast.

Roast Turkey with a Cranberry and Chestnut stuffing and  all the trimmings

Pan fried fillet  steak served with a Jerusalem artichoke purée & a roast cherry wine tomato and truffle reduction. 

Grilled Altlantic cod topped with a citrus & herb crust and finished  with a saffron cream.

Roast Rack of Lamb served with sautéed French beans & a mushroom and port wine sauce. 

Potato & Vegetable croquettes with a rich farmhouse cheddar sauce and fresh rocket
